Find support
From first search to first session, calmly.
Ablepoint is a marketplace, not an agency. You choose the people, agree the details, and keep control of your support.

Three steps
Search and message
Filter workers by the type of support, your suburb and your language. Read profiles, then message the people you like.
Agree in writing
Set the rate, the hours and what the support includes in an agreement you both accept on Ablepoint. Change it any time you both agree.
Book, approve, pay
Book sessions in a shared calendar. After each session you approve the hours, and the invoice is created for you.
What you get
Checked workers
A worker can be booked only after Ablepoint staff approve their identity and required checks.
Messaging and notes
Keep conversations, session notes and files together, shared only with the people you choose.
Shared calendar
See upcoming sessions, request changes and handle cancellations without phone tag.
Invoices done for you
Approved hours become invoices sent to you, your plan manager or your provider.
Someone can manage it with you
A family member, carer or support coordinator can be given access to help search, book and approve. You decide what they can see and do, and you can change it any time.
- Invite a family member or nominee
- Work with a support coordinator
- Change or remove access whenever you like

Common questions
Do I need funding to use Ablepoint?
No. You can pay by card, use NDIS funding you manage yourself or through a plan manager, or use home care funding. The way you pay is set when you accept an agreement.
Can I change workers?
Yes. You can end an agreement, and you are never locked in to one person. Your notes and history stay with you.
Is there a joining fee?
No. Creating an account is free. You pay for the support you book, plus a platform fee that is shown before you confirm.
Ready to find support that fits?
Creating an account takes about two minutes. You choose who you work with, and you can stop at any time.
